I never have a problem with making others understand why I dont have a tv...I go into detail about why I dont have one, they stand there with their mouth open or storm away in a politically correct rage.

I think that people have a hard time taking me seriously sometimes. I think it's partly to do with the fact of how I look (sometimes colored hair, short, tattoos, female) and partly because I have a small voice. I kinda sound Barbie-ish.
Marcia says I sound kinda like Lia so if anyone has heard her you kinda know what I sound like.

But I tell people the t.v. is filled with propaganda and it rots your brain and turns you into a conformist zombie (the bad kind of zombie) for the mainstream media.

I never realized how little my voice was til Steven was playing a voice memo he had recorded and I was in the background and I'm like
"Who is that in the background?"

I've been watching less tv lately, so much porn on it today! I mean even on regular shows, almost every sitcom has to do w/sexual immorality in some way, and it is made light of. I think one of the most godly shows ever was the Twilight Zone!

I did notice that. I mean I do sometimes end up in the terminal and the t.v. is on and the kinda stuff on regular shows can definitely pass for soft core porn. People showing waaay too much skin, talking openly about sex. And I only am wal king through the room seeing this.

Do you really think Twilight Zone was godly? I mean, nothing bad happened and there was always a message. I grew up watching the re-runs of that show when I was little.
I actually read in an article written by a pastor that the downfall of t.v. truly began when Murphy Brown (my mom watched that show) decided to be a single mother.

I remembered when that happened. I also remember when you wasnt allowed to say the word diahreah on the television.
My reasons for not watching it is more activist in nature. Those behind the major media sources , mags, books, news, tv, is the ones I dont trust and for good reason. They are of their father.

I was actually watching an episode of the match game from the 70's and they bleeped "fart ". Now you can say the
B word, A but not a hole. I mean, really!!

declining morality . I have in my mind a perfect paradise in time that actually happened . I would give anything to be back at that time and place.

I know that we as Christians are supposed to go out and do good in the world but seriously, every day I find more reasons to never interact with people in real life ever again.
