| All most of you, I am now a deacon at our church, Warehouse 242. This Sunday, I will serve communion for the first time as deacon.
We have five stations of two leaders (one elder and one deacon) when we serve. People come up in groups of 12 and we serve each of them individually. Then we pray for the group of 12, alternating between deacon and elder praying. Each station usually serves about five to six groups of 12 (or so) people.
I do not take this lightly and neither does our church. Please pray for me as I serve - any words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated. We have seen God move mightily during different communions and it is just an inspiring and incredible way to serve Him.

| If your service to the congregation is as helpful as your service to help me is , then that is one lucky congregation. _________________ ~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~ A pharisee is hard on others and easy on himself, but a spiritual man is easy on others and hard on himself (A.W. Very good advice! We use large pottery cups made by someone in our congregation. They are as large as caffe au lait mugs with a handle on each side, so we hold onto them with both hands! I should be okay, but then..... _________________ "Who among the gods is like you, O LORD ? Who is like you— majestic in holiness, awesome in glory, working wonders?" Exodus 15:11

| I'm sure you'll handle it with the same grace and dignity that you seem to handle everything else. I'm very happy and excitd for you. _________________ Life and death, energy and peace.
