do you ever pray the rosary? I know it's typically a Catholic thing and I would probably need a cheat sheet to remember all the prayers but sometimes I dunno I just like the feeling of it and the beauty of them.
I know all prayer is good but what are your thoughts on it?

I think the rosary is a great tool for meditation. (this is not coming from a catholic.)

It helps you focus, even if not on god...it does strange things to your mind. Or at least it did mine when i was praying it often. It allowed me to contemplate the meaning of things.

It's not hard to remember, not at all.
Then again, I remember entire songs after hearing them 3-4 times...

I pray the rosary most mornings, I miss a few like today. The idea is we are praying the Gospel and meditating on various aspects of Christ's life and ministry. I will say my mind still tends to wonder, very hard for me to focus.

So until I get somewhere else, I got a rosary app for my ipod (what do they NOT have an app for? lol) and yea it wasn't as hard as i remembered it. I hadn't prayed a rosary since grade school.
But I think it is a nice way to set aside some you and God time. I sometimes have a hard time finding real 'alone' time, I always have to have a ear open to what's goin on in the truck but I think this may help me get that mental break that I so desperately need.
