| My husband has his usual doctor's appt. yesterday in preparation for upcoming knee surgery. (Some of you already know about it...) However, with this examination, they decided they could not wait any longer and scheduled it for TODAY at 3:30 pm. I am scrambling just a little to get days off re-arranged and people from church to help on the days I cannot be here. Please pray for both of us, though mainly him, to get through this with peace and as little pain as possible. _________________ "Who among the gods is like you, O LORD ? | Endoscopic to repair the MLS and other torn stuff, plus he has Osgood-Slatter's and lots of arthritis. The surgery was good, but not a complete success. The damage was far more extensive than the doctor originally thought. His knee is bone to bone, no cartilage left to speak of. The bones are shredding due to the lack of cartilage. The surgery gave Billy about a year's worth of good mobility before he must have the total knee replacement. However, we know God is in control and has good things planned for us in all this - it will be interesting to see how His great love and mercy will be manifested!! _________________ "Who among the gods is like you, O LORD ? | Glad to hear things went OK. Knees can be a bear, but much better than brains or hearts. Hope the recovery goes well.
Cheers,
