I'm not complaining by any means, it's a perfectly logical and usable division of categories,

LIFE GOD CULTURE

But I find myself a bit melancholy as I reflect on how it mirrors our postmodern, post-Christian, secular society where life is increasingly viewed in a category entirely separate from God, and God in a category increasingly removed from and irrelevant to culture.

Don't take me wrong, I'm not complaining or suggesting there's anything wrong with the new forum divisions. Just a little moody today I guess...

hey sirhemlock, I am really not sure what your point is, but we thought we had way too many different topics, especially with the board so slow right now. I made the decision to name them the way they are. I think it goes without saying that God is an integral part of all our lives that consider ourselves Christian, but I really didnt want to have just one overall catagory either. I am open to suggestions, what do you think?

That is why pantheism always also affirms all our experience of the world is utterly illusory (the doctrine of Maya). Pantheism is diametrically opposed to all common sense.

But if everything is illusory, all possible evidence, argument, and even Experience which might support pantheism is illusory as well and cannot be relied upon...

Hey Aaron, yes thats my dog Zack, that just passed away. He was a great dog, my best friend for 17 years. I miss him.

Sorry Gary, I had no idea that was your dog, or that he passed away, how could I? Can't help but notice the irony in the name though.
