Hello,

I'm new here. My name is McKenna. I mean that's actually my name. My first name. I came here. Cuz, I was on this other chat room. And I asked the question. I wonder if there is such thing as a church with only goths. Somebody on there said that is the most ridiculous question I ever heard. Needless, to say I said goodbye and left. And I came here. Some people can just be so funny about some things. If you know what I mean.

Well one band that I'm listening to all the time now is Nightwish. Don't know if youve heard of them before. Their from Finland. Here's their website if you wanna check them out. If you hadn't heard of them before.

Welcome to Sanctuary, McKenna - you will find kindred souls here, and die-hard Nightwish fans. I have five of their CDs, and have favorite songs on each, but no one favorite CD.

Another Finnish band I like is Ensiferum - have you heard them?

nope haven't heard them. But don't care cuz, I'm just happy with my Nightwish

Im not a fan of Nightwish but i do dig some goth-ish music, Have you heard of Saviour Machine or Wedding Party? both are awesome IMO

Goth bands...there are several, and they're all subjective.
There's always the old standby--sisters of mercy. Probably the most widely accepted of all.

Welcome to the forums. We're always glad to see new people here at sanctuary. As said above we're a little dead the past few weeks, but it always picks up within a month or so.

Nightwish is good stuff. Goth? I don't care if it's goth. I listen to everything from 3 days grace to carcass.

Lady Michaels's site is what actually led me here.
Like everyone said, we have our slow times here and then sometimes we're hoppin.

I myself am still tryng to find some more Christian Goth bands I can really love. I am hardcore die hard into Type O Negative so of course I was overjoyed when I read about Peter coming back around to his faith.

Well that's actually how I found this site. Was through Christiangoth.com. When I was doing a search for gothic crosses I think it was? I can't remember.
